🚫 Prohibited Usage
The following restrictions generally apply to ToonVexa assets unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Reselling or Redistributing
You may not sell, share, distribute or give away original ToonVexa source files as standalone files or downloadable asset packages.
Standalone Merchandise
You may not use an asset as the primary standalone value of merchandise such as templates, prints, mugs or similar products unless your license specifically permits it.
Claiming Original Ownership
Purchasing a license does not automatically transfer copyright ownership of the original ToonVexa asset to the purchaser.
Public File Sharing
Uploading original downloadable assets to public drives, repositories, torrent services or similar file-sharing platforms is not permitted.
License Transfer
A license is generally issued to the purchaser and cannot be transferred or assigned to another person without authorization.
Misuse of Assets
Assets may not be used in unlawful, misleading, defamatory or otherwise prohibited content or activities.
