Where a License Certificate is included with your purchase, it may be provided along with your order or download information.
Keep your License Certificate, invoice, and Order ID safely for future reference.
12. What should I do if I receive a copyright claim on YouTube?

If you purchased the relevant ToonVexa asset, keep your:

- Invoice

- Purchase confirmation
You can then follow YouTube’s official dispute or counter-notification procedure, where appropriate.

13. Does a ToonVexa License Certificate guarantee that YouTube will remove a copyright strike?
No. A license certificate can help demonstrate your authorization to use the purchased asset, but YouTube independently handles copyright claims and strikes.
You should only submit a dispute or counter notification when you have a legitimate basis and provide accurate information.
14. Can I get a refund after purchasing a digital product?
Because ToonVexa products are digital, refunds are generally not available after a product has been accessed or downloaded.

15. What if my purchased file is damaged or doesn’t work?
If you experience a genuine technical problem with a purchased file, contact us with your Order ID and details of the problem.
Where appropriate, we may provide a corrected file, replacement, or another suitable solution.
16. What if I accidentally purchase the same product twice?
Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours, with both Order IDs.
After verifying the duplicate transaction, we may provide a refund or store credit for the duplicate purchase, subject to our Refund Policy.
